Fireside Flats, a pet-friendly luxury apartment complex in Seattle, Washington, prominently features various sizes of Wilshire and Urban planters in this modern landscape design. At the street level, flourishing native plants and grasses in Wilshire Collection planters and a variety of small trees in Urban Collection planters add a welcoming touch to the building's entryway garden. The cozy and refined rooftop amenity deck utilizes our on-structure planters, complementing the stylish aesthetics of the multi-family residential property.

Fora, formerly Weisman Design Group, is the landscape architecture studio behind the thoughtful landscape plan. The rooftop garden has breathtaking views of juxtaposing city skylines and the leafy canopies from the urban forestry lining the streets below. Urbans in our deep, rich Pitch color and smooth finish, one of our many standard colors available in FRP, contrast nicely with the Japanese maples and other species installed on the amenity deck – mimicking the historic Roosevelt neighborhood streetscape at grade. The sweet scent of jasmine and sage growing in Wilshire planters of the same finish provides an engaging sensory experience for the tenants.
