NAC TAC II is a non-flammable, water-based primer for use in interior applications that are on grade or above grade. NAC TAC II is a pre-mixed formula that requires no thinning, establishes a permanent bond in 48 hours and will not re-emulsify.Application:Substrate temperature must be a minimum of 65ºF (18°C) for 24 hours prior to application.NAC TAC II can be applied with a short nap roller, brush, trowel or sprayer.  Allow NAC TAC to dry until tacky to touch, but non-transferable to finger. This may take as little as 10 minutes, but usually no more than 45, depending upon temperature, humidity, internal moisture level/porosity of substrate and application thickness.Tile may be set immediately after membrane is installed on horizontal surfaces.
