Located near the historic train depot in Old Town Folsom, CA, this project showcases Public Restroom Company's ability to seamlessly blend modern, durable restroom infrastructure with a town's historic architectural character. Built on the Playground Series PS-022-CE model, the facility was designed to complement the surrounding historic district while delivering the durability and functionality municipalities need for high-traffic public spaces.

The standard floor plan includes two single-occupant, concrete block restrooms, each equipped with a flush toilet and sink, plus a covered entry area. The design accommodates up to 90 users per hour and is fully ADA compliant, with built-in, proprietary vandal-resistant components for long-term reliability in a public setting.

A central utility chase between the two restrooms provides convenient access to plumbing and electrical systems, while a front-facing access door simplifies cleaning and maintenance, keeping the facility looking great with minimal upkeep.
