Wishbone Industries is a producer of quality outdoor site furniture made from durable recycled materials. Each piece of our benches, receptacles and picnic tables is sustainably constructed by transforming household waste such as milk jugs and pop cans into functional, long lasting site furnishings. Urban Space Wall Mount Bike Rack
Urban Space Wall Mount Bike Rack ( USWM-77 )
This bike rack was designed as a result of a request from one of our customers looking for a creative way to maximize space in an underground parking lot application. While trying to encourage the use of bikes while at the same time maximizing the space for vehicles and storage lockers this idea was created. Our thinking was why not mount the bikes upright and take up 1/3 the space. Most bikes are made from such light weight materials these days that lifting them up is not as much a concern as in the past. In situations where the site may not be secure we have also created a mounting bar that allows all the major components to be locked to it giving a piece of mind to the owner.
